- We aim for weekly progression
- Learning how to make your own personalized schedule for the gym
- By means of tests and measurements we make the program targeted per individual
- All training and measurements are stored in a file that you also have access to so that you can clearly see how much progress you are making
12 WEEK ATHLETE PROGRAM
The unique program that I have developed helps you with a healthy lifestyle, this package consists of:
- Free Intake
- Training 1 time a week
- Optimizing your diet (for both losing weight, gaining weight or maintaining weight)
- Monitoring and improving of your sleep quality
- Improving your stress management.
- Make weekly progress
- By means of tests and measurements, we program per individual.
- All training and measurements are stored in a file that you have access to, so that you can clearly see how much progress you are making
